CBD Pluit

CBD Pluit is a residential building in North Jakarta that stands in an integrated business center (superblock), within the same area of Emporium Mall. This building was developed by the Agung Podomoro Land Group with the concept of green building and saving. This building aims to ensure that waste generated from the building such as dry waste and domestic waste is well processed, thus it implements a WasteWater Treatment Plant (IPAL) using the Aeration system.

With this wastewater treatment system, the results from waste treatment can be reused or commonly referred to as recycle. The implementation and maintenance of the system is entrusted to PT Adika Tirta Daya, in order to help meet the water needs in the building and of course in accordance with government regulations regarding the quality standards of wastewater in municipal sewerage.
